Added a chapter 24 Rmd with visualizations inspired by the NYTimes article in January 2018 about Twitter bots.

Includes a replication of the NYTimes "Twitter fingerprint" charts (so called by Greg Wolfe @gregariouswolf), and a method for estimating the pace of new follows based on running-latest join dates.
